Royal Greenwich is consulting on a five-year replacement selective licensing scheme for 17 full wards and the southern part of Woolwich Arsenal.
The scheme covers 18 named wards. Two streets on either side of a ward boundary can end up with different answers, so checking the ward of the property matters more than the postcode.
Proposed five-year fee: £974, split into £407 Part A and £567 Part B. The consultation also proposes a 10% accreditation discount.
